Sending some sunshine....

Given the fact that the rest of the United States has been held in Mother Natures cold and snowy grip these last few weeks, I thought I would share a little of the Arizona sunshine with you. We made these yesterday in preschool as we were discussing the color yellow. Isn't it interesting that just a little preschool art project can brighten up a space?? Keep warm my blogging friends. And just know that even though we are enjoying the temperatures in the high 60's, most of us (me, especially) are truly miserable in the summer! ;)

Nice - Bailey loves her sun, well that was until Brendon pulled all of the rays off. Now she has a beautiful yellow circle!

Thanks for the sunshine. I know we have it somewhere above all the gunk in the air. We are rated #1 for the worst air in the US. Isn't that just something to be proud of. It is supposed to snow tomorrow. Hopefully, that will clear it away. Enjoy those temps. :) Julie

thank you, sweetie,
these old bones can use a reprieve from the subzero temps! it got up to 40 yesterday--not so warm today. you know this is part of winter I really despise. melt-freeze-melt-freeze and again---the MUD here in iowa is awful. the most important part of spring cleaning is shampooing carpet! and our family room ( the dog room ) is also our mud room. for a while it is really awful but there is only the one room, thank goodness.
I love you for thinking of us whiners. I am an iowan. I know better than to complain.......
