Preschool Fun

I have been growing crystals with my preschool classes on a charcoal briquette with liquid bluing for years. Then one day I came upon a package of these little magic trees at a thrift store. They are so fun and the crystals grow incredibly fast. The kids had so much fun with them that I practically had to drag them away to do our other things!! :) We got out the magnifying glasses and looked at the growing crystals and discussed how each one was different. I had to smile at all the "WOW"'s and "COOL"'s I heard from them. Days like today just remind me how much fun it is to teach preschool. These little people are treasures!!!

These are really intriguing to me! I saw the pictures and thought those are so cool...I want to see them up close. Austin is 16 and he just is finishing up growing some crystals - it just goes to show you are never too old or too young for cool things like that!

I'm WOWing too! I have to say it has been so fun to "get to know" the grown up Jo-Anne while browsing your blog. I had no idea that sewing, crafting, and preschooling were a part of you. I love it!
