Whatcha Working on Wednesday week4

I am so glad that Leslie @ My Country Home started this fun little Wednesday activity! It really helps me stay focused and finish up some of the things I have started! I started this project a few weeks ago, but have only had time to finish it this week. I can't really show and tell everyone what it is as this is a gift for someone who will most likely be reading this. But, I am using one of the thrifted vintage sheets and some leftover fabric from the Four Seasons Quilt Swap. Once it's given to it's new owner, I will post a picture of it in all it's glory.

That fabric will make something beautiful for someone.

P.S. I'll be dropping Mark's card in the mail tomorrow, so if he gets it and has no idea who it's from especially coming from Ohio.

Can't wait to see all of it--looks so fun. I really love the picture of the Mesa Temple, too--it's beautiful. Take care. Julie

Thanks for stopping by and I think three stools painted like this would look fabulous, show a pic when you get them done.
I hope Mark is feeling alot better.

Well that was a tease - LOL but I truly understand! I have been working on something for a swap and so I haven't been able to post it either. Now we have something to look forward to when you send the gift off.

Oh Joanne, if you lived closer, I'd LOVE your company for the shoot.

Actually, I am now waiting until Friday to do any more prep because I will know exactly what rooms and what areas they plan to shoot. Isn't that amazing that they plan the magazine page layout that far ahead?!! So I can concentrate on those areas if I wait until the editor gets back to me.

I hope Mark is doing better each day! hugs, Linda

Ohhh, so much to comment on. I missed a couple posts since we have my sister and her family here!I am so glad to hear Mark is feeling better - that is such good news. I love the fabrics of the surprise you are making - you continue to amaze me. And I absolutely LOVE Ragan in her new skirt. She is adorable. I hope you are doing well - I need to call you!

I do hope you will show the final results. I'm getting a box in the mail soon with 79 fat quarters cut from vintage sheets so I'm looking for ideas!
