All preschool blog mommies....stop reading now!

We made the most exquisite jewelery at preschool this week. We put some plastic beads into a paper liner for small muffins. Then we put them in the oven and melted them all together. After they cool, the result is stunning! We glued a brooch pin on the back and, TA DA!!, we have a lovely piece of jewelery! (okay, I am laying it on thick...I am thankful for moms who are good sports when it comes to wearing preschool made gifts.) Then, we designed our own special box to wrap them up in...... I am quite certain that the recipients of these gifts will not have to wait until Sunday to enjoy them. I heard some discussions about mommies opening them up today. Well, I am off to go play in my treasure trove of macaroni necklaces and Froot Loop bracelets.

Very CUTE! I'd be more than happy to wear a brooch like that! The mom's who recieve those gifts will just love them!

Mother's Day gifts from pre-school and elementary school are some of my most cherished gifts and memories. I still have one I made my mom in kindergarten about 40+ years ago now!! WOW! That makes me sound old! LOL!

As a former recipient of this pin, I must say I love it. I wore it again on Sunday. They never go out of style..at least while your kids are young.

These are sooo cute I would wear that with pride..I have boxes and boxes of paintings and crafts that my kids have done for me over the years I just dont have the heart to throw them out I have been meaning to pick out a great one from each childs box and frame it but that is on the To Do List and that list just grows and grows daily....
