Okay...so spring comes a lot earlier here in Arizona. I LOVE IT!
When we lived in Utah, every year about this time I would start to see the crocus flowers begin to peek their sweet little heads out from under the last remnants of snow. If only they knew how happy I was to finally see them after a long, cold dreary winter. They gave me hope that Spring would soon be here and gone were the gray days.
Here in Arizona, the gray days are far out numbered. People start to plant their pots in January. That is still a concept I have a hard time wrapping my little Utah brain around. However, I have decided to hitch my flower loving wagon to the idea and start planting!! Yesterday I basked in 83*F glory. Today I will do the same. My pansies and marigolds are just about as happy as I am about the glorious weather.
(These photos are of flowers in my garden in Orem, Utah. They were taken by my son, Mark....the budding photographer.)

The Carter Family
Hey there! I am so glad you stopped by! Allow me to introduce myself..........................I'm Jo-Anne, a skinny girl living in a chubby body. I currently live in Arizona where my dear hubby is a coach at the local University. Living here has kicked my 40-something year old sweat glands into overdrive!!!........... I am a mother of four----all practically grown up---- children. They are my greatest blessing! ...............I enjoy thrift store shopping and fabric hoarding. I hope you enjoy your visit here with me as you read about my life's journey. Be sure to let me know that you stopped by! Leave me a comment........ ;) ;) Take care!!

Ok..rub it in that you have warm weather. Us Utah people are starting to plant, but can only stay out for a little while to do it.
Spring is one of my favorite seasons.
I LOVE spring, too! But, as I type, it is snowing ...
